Project T.A.K.E. (Trafficking-Awareness-Knowledge-Empowerment)
Project T.A.K.E. is an in-person training curriculum designed to educate and empower youth, families, and communities about the dangers of sex trafficking. This interactive prevention program is ideal for teens ages 12-18 and is taught in schools, youth groups, church ministries, and community spaces. With schools being a major target for traffickers, Project T.A.K.E. provides essential tools to help young people recognize warning signs, navigate exploitative situations, and seek assistance safely.
This curriculum incorporates engaging learning objectives, relatable scenarios, videos, activities, and self-reflection assessments to ensure participants gain a deep understanding of how trafficking operates and how to protect themselves and others.
Program Goals:
Early Identification: Recognizing victims at the earliest stage to reduce long-term effects.
Prevention & Awareness: Equipping youth with the knowledge to avoid dangerous situations.
Safe Haven: Creating an environment where children feel empowered to seek help.
Stronger Community Partnerships: Strengthening collaborations between educators, families, and youth organizations to prevent trafficking before it occurs.
Key Topics Covered:
Understanding vulnerabilities, risk factors, and red flag signs.
Awareness of common lures and grooming tactics used by traffickers.
The role of social media and online exploitation.
Building skills for healthy decision-making and personal safety.
Identifying and accessing support systems in dangerous situations.
Project T.A.K.E. is offered to students, young adults, parents/caregivers, educators, law enforcement, and community members using a trauma-informed approach. This initiative is rooted in the belief that it takes a collective effort to eradicate child sex slavery.
Together, we CAN save our communities.

Project TAKE Street Outreach
Project T.A.K.E. provides direct support in safety and protection to individuals who are currently experiencing or at risk of sexual abuse or exploitation.
Through street-based education, survival aid, and safety supplies, we aim to reduce health risks and provide critical resources to those in vulnerable situations. Our program fosters trusted community relationships between outreach workers, runaways, homeless individuals, trafficking victims, and street youth—offering them guidance, support, and a path toward safety.
By engaging directly with at-risk individuals, we strive to empower them with knowledge, resources, and the tools needed to break free from dangerous situations while advocating for long-term solutions to end exploitation.
Together, we work to protect, educate, and uplift those in need.
